I walked into the shop today with a broken phone screen. He looked at it and said it is the screen protector that is broken not the screen. I didn\u2019t believe him until he took off the protector. A replacement screen protector for \u00a35 instead of \u00a390 for a new screen and all done. He could have quite easily asked for the phone to be left and claimed he had replaced the screen and I would have been none the wiser. Truly honest and knowledgeable.
